1 salmon fillet (mine was about 10 ounces)
Salt, pepper, paprika
Caesar salad dressing (about 1Tbsp)
Marzetti Whole Wheat Croutons
Season the salmon with salt, pepper, and paprika.
Heat a grill pan over medium heat with a small bit of olive oil. Add the salmon and cook for about 5 minutes each side (depending on thickness of the fillet, mine was relatively thick).
Create salad – romaine, tomatoes, croutons, and dressing.
