3/4 cup water
1 cup spinach and kale
1 tsp agave syrup [can be left out if you don’t have any]
1 Yoplait lite, Very vanilla
6-7 strawberries [depending on size]
3 ice cubes
Remove the stems from the strawberries and peel the banana. Add all ingredients to a blender and pulse until pureed to desired consistency. Served chilled.
**Although the smoothie is low fat, it still adds up to 7 weight watcher + points.
